Use a new account, obviously. Just send the dosh through quickly. Anyway, it's probably disallowed but it's all I can think of aside from using another service or getting a friend to pay.

Paypal is allowed in Pakistan, India and other countries like them but their bank's administrators dont have such knowledge and they are not interested in dealing with such transaction on internet. You can make Paypal account via Pakistan IP, they will not do anything but you have to had bank account or credit card out of Pakistan, India etc.

Onebip is not supported in Pakistan and india.

Before going with the horrible taxes of onebip simply use a bank account for payment via bank transfer. Any serious hoster will accept it.

We accept wire transfers, people just don't usually do them.
