Runtime error when running a samp server please help!

I've got the cracked version of grand theft auto, but its ALWAYS worked and its been working for about 7-8 months but just randomly the other day i crashed and i cannot open any servers. I get a runtime error and i cant seem to fix it not many people seem to have this problem. I will also post what it says below. I have tried re-installing gta, samp and everything but i cant find any solutions. I am also suppossed to be in the survivor event in a couple of hours. Please help me so i can fix it!

josh try to delete the whole saving folder which in documents folder you will find GTA San Andreas
if still, try restoring your system to the last day it was fine
