This is why I suggest to those game mode developers that don't use MySQL to include a "dummy admin" account and include a /changepass command in game. What happens sometimes is that the .ini file saves as a partial text document and the script has trouble reading the password. That's what I think.

Theres a couple of problems I noticed..

- There is no marker to Enter the LSPD, Bank, FBI ect making it almost unplayable
- Missing Filterscripts(apparently) : CustomMapping.amx, Gates.amx

However Im re-downloading now to see if maybe it was a mistake on my half.

Let me know what software and I will be happy to. Cause there's Game Modes I'd love to try but can't because of this issue
