Yes they're non-solid and look here

(which is in this thread actually) to find how to set them as respawnable.
Cheers...

I spent about 15 minutes going over all the letters of the alphabet, and this stuff is kind of interesting. Here are my findings (not all is new, but some is cool):

~b~: Generates blue text coloring
~d~: Creates an arrow symbol pointing down (always gray)
~g~: Generates green text coloring
~h~: Moves the current text coloring to a slightly lighter shading
~l~:Generates black text coloring (hard to read)
~n~: Starts a new line of text
~p~: Generates purple text coloring
~r~: Generates red text coloring
~u~: Creates an arrow symbol pointing up (always gray)
~w~: Generates white text coloring
~y~: Generates yellow text coloring
~~~: Creates a random symbol (accented letters appear to be common) GLITCHY***
Please remember that I only tested ONE out of 6 Game Text styles (I beleive it was 3 or 4). Many of the letters I tested either appeared as a square symbol OR did not appear at all. These symbols MAY GENERATE SYMBOLS IN OTHER GAME TEXT STYLES. Because I tested this on someone else's server (Qjimbo's Mount Chiliad Madness), I am not sure of the Game Text style as noted above. Please test other styles though! In addition, I didn't write down any of what the symbols did, so I may've forgotten some. Thank you.
***This symbol will cause all GameText to be messed up. This means that ingame Gametext will not be spaced or will have random spacing throughout. The pause menu GameText that says "Pause Menu" will also be messed up.
Have you see the number of sounds ID ?
The best solution is to test, test, and test (at this moment all i have tested works, maybe all works)
I've made an article in the wiki some time ago (like a month etc.) but it's not visible in the tutorials section:
OK I was tired to search what ID for what vehicle...i have find this website (thanks to Scarface)
http://www.gtawh.com/sa/vehicles.php
I have corrected some errors (non-working or useless vehicles), downloaded all pictures (i also did 2-3 pics for missing vehicles), and created a .xls file to add ID's. Working vehicles = 196.
Then now i propose you to download this pack, and PM me if there is errors . I have verified 3 times my work, but we never knows! You need Excel, but i have include a .htm file.
Here is the link
I hope it's useful for you!
Thanks to GTA Warehouse for pics and the nice table.
