[HOW TO]Apply the downgrading patch

guys.. my samp stoped working after i installled 0.2x ... it says version not suported. so i tried to download downgrader but FILEFRONT aint working how it should for me... it says
"Your download has failed. There were no available download servers. Click here to try your download again. "

so.. can anyone give me link to other service to download from?

I cant install patch for Sa-Mp says :
This program cannot patch the installed version of San Andreas because of the following reason:
G\Program Files\Rockstar Games\GTA San Andreas\gta_sa.exe: unknow version
Can someone help me ?

problem fixed,.. just delete d3d9.dll

My mate has the same problem, anyone know the solution? And he has no d3d9.dll file.

I got to be late here.
Please use the downgrade patch on:
D:\PROGRAM FILES\ROCKSTAR\GTA SAN ANDREAS\
not:

D:\PROGRAM FILES\ROCKSTAR\GTA SAN ANDREAS\gta_sa.exe

im getting the same problem the guy two post up is having and im doing it just the way it says.
