Can some1 help me with my problem?
 If you look at the SAMP\samp-server window, im thinking maybe my problem is being unable to connect to irc? search for EchoConnection = ircConnect and chenge the settings there.
and next compile it.. (in the script source) |

nvm i figured out that fixing irc would not fix my real problem that i asked to be fixxed, the connection to make server online...

I did everything, port forward, disable firewall, fix my config file, my server just wont go online
