SA-MP wont load - SA-MP Forums

Hello everyone,
I've recently installed the shopping cart/trolley mod for gta,
When I had it installed for ~1 hour I could go online and play SA-MP.
One day later I tried to go online and SA-MP didn't load! (It only says "SA-MP is initialized" "Connecting to ..."
I read on the forums that this was because I had the mod installed, since I didn't make a backup of the original faggio (shopping cart)
I decided to re-install GTA: San Andreas and SA-MP. After installing both again I tried to go online but I still couldn't!

Does anyone have any idea of what might have gone wrong?

EDIT:
I have also deleted the gta_set file

Did you remember to delete the rockstar games folder itself after uninstalling? Because the uninstaller will only remove whats been installed, And if you have extra programs,exe's CLEO mods or any of that sort they will stay in the folder.
