Different servers will have different commands. There are only a few commands which will work on all servers (/pm, /fpslimit, /save, /q). If you want to know the commands for a specific server, try typing /help or /commands in the server, they might have a list there for you.

Those are NOT generic commands. Not all servers have accounts.

Different Server = Different Script...

You have to learn the commands for every server, I mean the general server has a /login and /register command, but I mean other than that, every server has it's own script, so it's really hard to say. I would suggest getting in the server and finding a help menu to learn commands for their server.
Other than that, you have your RCON Commands for the general server. But yeah.
