Use MTA Map Editor. When your finished, save the map, and exit. Then find the saved map in C:\ somewhere and use convertFFS.com to convert it from MTA 1.0 to SA-MP CreateObject();'s. Done. Its that simple

EDIT: Forgot to add in MTA Map Editor it may be hard to find Liberty City which is what I think your problem may be? Sorry I can't really understand your problem :S

you need the coord to the liberty city ? <in interior coords>

use the new version of mta map editor lets you add objects in interiors.
