type this "#include <YSI\y_ini>" under "#include <a_samp>"

You need #include <YSI\y_ini> at the top of your script, underneath <a_samp>.

Otherwise i think you need a length, not only name and variable.
INI_String(name,variable,length);

You missing a parameter.

You need to add the length.
