Well, I don't see any error there, neither the compiler is giving any.

Yeah, I think that the udb_hash isn't right over here.

pawn Code:
stock udb_hash(buf[]) {
    new length=strlen(buf);
    new s1 = 1;
    new s2 = 0;
    new n;
    for (n=0; n<length; n++)
    {
       s1 = (s1 + buf[n]) % 65521;
       s2 = (s2 + s1)     % 65521;
    }
    return (s2 << 16) + s1;
}

pawn Code:
stock udb_hash(buf[])
{
    new length=strlen(buf);
    new s1 = 1;
    new s2 = 0;
    new n;
    for (n=0; n<length; n++)
    {
       s1 = (s1 + buf[n]) % 65521;
       s2 = (s2 + s1)     % 65521;
    }
    return (s2 << 16) + s1;
}

It is right though, so it mustn't be compatible with the new 0.3d version.

Is there a way to save the players weapons and load them upon log in.

U can add pGun pGunAmmo and save them as int if your using this system. Give back weapons on spawn according to the pGun and pGunAmmo!

Try replacing all the udb_hash with strlen, and remove the DracoBlu Hash stock from your script. If I'm correct it will still save characters and numbers. Even if it isn't a string.
