It has been answered many times already. You can customize only one vehicle plate per vehicle model because SA was made like that.

I want to do that, but also open other parts, like the trunk and the doors

That would be good

It would be useful to be able to do so in MP I think

RotateObject(objectid, Float: RotX, Float: RotY, Float: RotZ, Float: Speed)
I have suggested it multiple times (maybe others have too?)

It would be nice if we could use the SCM script parts more than just the auto-opening garage doors, such as 4 Dragons Casino Garage Door, the cranes and other similar

It would also be sweet if we could "strap" a player onto a vehicle, just as in that single player mission

About % in chatbox, why not make the client convert % into %% and send it?
Like you can do SendClientMessage(playerid, COLOR, "50%%"); to send "50%" to the chatbox

Another thing I would like too see is:

AddStaticSpecialVehicle(model, submodel, x, y, z, angle, color1, color2)
AddStaticSpecialVehicleEx(model, submodel, x, y, z, angle, color1, color2, respawntime)
CreateStaticSpecialVehicle(model, submodel, x, y, z, angle, color1, color2, respawntime)

Example:
Model: 555
Submodel: 1 (With roof) or 0 (Without roof) or -1 (random)

Submodel would be highly model specific

This may sound weird and impossible but creating vehicles in such a way that they will work as objects (non drivable cars)

Use a vehicle lock script.

yes (I use that atm) but if we could create them so they don't act like real cars and don't count as one of those

Re: Suggestions For Future Sa:MP Versions.

TextDrawCreateForPlayer(playerid,txtid,PosX,PosY,s tring[]);

playerid (The one that you want to show it)
txtid (similar to dialogid)
PosX,PosY (Pretty obvious)
string[] (The string to show)

This would Create a Textdraw that the playerid can see

Alternative:

TextDrawSetStringForPlayer(playerid, txtid, string[], color);

playerid (The one that you want to show it)
txtid (similar to dialogid)
string[] (The string to show)
color (ignore if want to leave the same colour)
_________________________________________________

TextDrawSetColor(txtid,color);

txtid (similar to dialogid)
color (...)

_________________________________________________

TextDrawSetColorForPlayer(playerid, txtid, color);

playerid (the player)
txtid (similar to dialogid)
color (...)

What's the point in that when you can just create a textdraw normally with TextDrawCreate then use TextDrawShowForPlayer?

It would be created and saved in client, so it wouldn't take up server space.
