Headphones: which one is better?

Hello there!
I want some cheap headphones and I found 2 that I think might be good enough for me, but right now I am having trouble deciding which one I should order. And considering the fact that I don't know much about headphones, I'd like you guys to tell me which one of the below headphones is better.

I need a headphone that has pretty fine bass, good look, noise cancelling and a fine mic. (mic doesn't have to be great tho)
I mostly want them for listening to music and talking on Skype.

Name: Zebronics H Zeb Gaming Headphone (colt)

I don't think you will need the first gaming headphone mentioned in the thread if you're just going to listen to music and talk on Skype.

Doesn't quite matter much if it's a gaming headphone. IF it has better performance than the others, then it's okay.

If you want a serious answer can you post the specifications of each one? Or links to the specifications, if you've partly done the research there's no need for me or anyone else to do it again.

Pick up a pair of Sennheiser PC320's/PC360's they will do you great for what you want and make you a happy man, there a bit expensive but the build quality is ridiculously good on those headphones.

I know it's not on your list but I'm just recommending.

Thanks to everyone who made a serious comment (I'd like trolls to rest aside for now, please) but I have made my mind to buy only one of these two, so no more options please, because that'd only make it more confusing. I have posted their specs so you guys don't have to search again. Thanks! I'll be waiting. Poll also added.

Sennheiser is kinda out of my budget right now, you know. I don't want to spend much on Headphones atm. :)

Re: Headphones: which one is better?

Oke first heres a run down of what these specs mean... just because they are queal on the matching bases you have sent:

Impudence: How easy it is to move the music through the headphones in Ohms. This number the lower the better.

Frequency: The audio ranges it can meet and reproduce, these are equal so I'll just say basically... the bigger the range the clearer the sound reproduction as it can reach the correct frequency for each beat/sound.

The above are the ONLY ones that match on the specs you have pasted so I'll call them equal.

MAXIMUM INPUT (not posted on either): The amount of electricity allowed to freely flow in the headphones. This is measured in watts, the higher the better as songs which change beats quickly or have a lot of bass use more electricity. If this is exceeded by volume or music change the speakers can short circuit or blow. (Just scared someone: This isn't likely... in most cases the headphones just sound like utter crap as the device knows the limit of this).

DB's(Only posted for the last ones): How loud the speakers inside the headphones are, for example a cement mixer is 42 DBs a Motoroway is 100+ DBs if you record these and play them back in headphones which support under the recorded DBs the music will sound "tinny".

As they are equal, on the specs you posted for both either. However I would say the bottom ones as you know more about them... however they are likely about equal.

EDIT: As for "Sensitivity" this is "in-ear" sound pressure, which changes when you change volume anyway.. unless its extremely high I wouldn't worry too much about it unless you struggle to wear headphones due to the pressures created by the sound. (The reason I don't wear headphones).
