When you return 1 under OnPlayerText, it allows the text to be sent to the chat. If you return 0, you can use the text and then not send it to the chat.

After some research into the different skill levels, there doesn't seem to be an issue with the skill levels and this. Weapons still give the same amount of damage when single or duel wielded....

Make sure you return 0 under OnDialogResponse in your filterscript and in the gamemode. Return 1 when the correct dialog is responded to so that the server knows the correct dialog was responded to...

The cheater is the one giving the damage. OPGD's amount returns the damage the shooter would've taken with the same shot :).

If I recall correctly, SetPlayerTeam even had to be used in SA-MP 0.2. Using the team parameter in SetSpawnInfo then only allowed the usage of /tpm while using SetPlayerTeam wouldn't work for it and...

You don't have to, but if I remember correctly, if you tag a function, it'll throw either a warning or an error if it isn't located above what you're calling the function in. Either way is fine...

This is probably because the IP thats being passed has returned some sort of null data (some IPs may be missing a little bit of data). CallLocalFunction crashes if you pass a null string to it.

OPWS isn't called at all when a sniper's bullets don't land anywhere (i,e: the sky, or a very far away distance) unlike other weapons.

This script pulls the information directly from the Internet using SA-MP's HTTP function.

Whitetiger's script pulls the information from SQLite databases.

If you're hosting it on your same pc (I can see you're using an internal ip atm), use 127.0.0.1 (loopback ip) and see if it works, if it doesn't and you don't mind, post your server's log here.
