In default settings anticheat kicks such players for that code, but you can also return their ammo to the "real" previous amount (use AntiCheatGetWeaponData/AntiCheatGetAmmoInSlot in OnCheatDetected).

С самими русскими командами идея вполне нормальная, но везде, где так делали, обычно делали именно через слэш, а не точку (и наверное скорее это имеют в виду люди выше, говоря о надобности привыкать...

Because you use zeex pawn compiler v3.10.9 that breaks compatibility with the default compiler & samp includes by having warnings 214 and 239 (const-correctness related). You can disable them this...

There is no anti-raksamp. But you can enable or disable any of the anti-cheat codes by .cfg file in scriptfiles folder or by EnableAntiCheat(ForPlayer) functions.

There is no GetVehicleSpawnZAngle in samp natives so in this case you actually have only one way. But if the question is about changing default natives to AntiCheat* functions - you shouldn't switch...

Try to test such cheats on a blank gamemode (with ac) then. I'm sure the problem somewhere in the gm but it needs to find out where it is exactly.
