Short answer, it should not be possible to have array in enum at all.
Possible patch for your problem (i didnt test it but should work just fine)

Sublime Text 3 for almost everything, but lately trying to move to Visual Code as it has nice intellisense and its way easier to find and install plugins you need. But i wont be dumping sublime...

Try converting your polygons to triangles and compressing your textures in TXD Workshop. Also if that does not work, try chaning vertex color in kdff

No OnPlayerStateChange wont be called (OnPlayerEnter/Leave vehicle will). And internal means only used by server, it does not have sync packet/structure.

I guess you fixed it, but keep in mind, your format function expects allot more variables then you actually provide, also you should use mysql_format for running queries instead of format.

If current and previous Z positions difference is greater (or equal) to Min Height FCNPC_OnChangeHeightPos will be called. Useful for detecting if NPC is about to "teleport" onto a bridge, building...
