Firstly, code 004 is anti-teleport hack into/between vehicles and not onfoot teleport.
If you're getting your players teleported to some random interiors, log all the places in each your script...

It is not easier nor simple at all: instead of using one timer you do this check every player's packet (as OnPlayerUpdate is calling for several synchronizations and it has a high call frequency)...

If you mean regular pawn arrays, it's not a solution as streamer have no global limits for its items so I won't be able to allocate right amount of memory in this array.

As for onfoot surfly, yes. It's detected by anti-speedhack onfoot by high speed only. Anti-vehicle flyhack works in a little bit different way and it is not just speed checking.
