I am not sure, but I believe using Incognito streamer solves this problem. (But it doesn't mean it shouldn't be addressed by the developers)

I also learned you shouldn't do other things in the callback, it's supposed to be for read only...

Just put them in different interior world, and then attach a custom object to it. You have to also keep track of which part is damaged, but it's not difficult to do (except making wheels rotate...

I understand that! I just wanted to say that it was already possible to do the same thing with all server-maps for all these years as well, it's just that nobody ever really did it. Some people don't...

Problem is with the ID's.
Let's imagine this:
gMaxPlayers = -1

You connect to the server
gMaxPlayers = 0

I connect to the server
gMaxPlayers = 1

Do you maybe have "return 0;" somewhere in your OnPlayerUpdate callback?
It can also be like "return false;" or "return (false);" or it can use some other definition that is zero.

"3DTextLables" are actually 2D text lables in 3D world. Don't know what you're referring to, because what you're talking about are "TextDraws".
