I suggest you to read Abreezy's post as it seems the correct answer. Your first line's length is 152, and if I'm not mistaken, the limit is 128. Even though I think it should appear anyway, yet half....

EDIT: Just copy this dialog you're using once a player types...

Maybe there is a rcon exit command on GameModeInit under a if statement that checks when MySQL fails connecting database or it simply shutting down the server if it fails connecting.

Tree, roads, bridges and rocks were designed like a real map. It reminds me old NFS.

This script is messed up! You're having two OnPlayerCommandText publics and commands inside which is wrong when using dcmd. You really got to RE-SCRIPT the entire script.
