So basically the red zone is where you don't want the trash to appear, so it doesn't hit the player.

You need to calculate the angle between the player and the container, then add some margin left...

OK, so see the R (radius inner circle) and T (thickness of the green zone) on that drawing?

R = minimum radius
R + T = maximum radius


In other words, if you want the object to spawn around...

OK, just to clarify, because I don't understand what you need.

The object should spawn somewhere around the player but not too close and not too far? Is that what you want?

What radius do you use? If the object hits you, the radius is not big enough.

What FCNPC version do you use?
Did you change the FCNPC.inc file?
What other includes do you use in the script in which the problem occurs?

Few issues (https://github.com/ziggi/FCNPC/milestone/1) left, but probably needs lots of testing afterwards.


Just use SetPlayerAttachedObject.
