Add a check before anything.

if(!car) return 0;

because if the player isn't in a vehicle, Model ID would return 0 so the array would translate to:

MaxSeats[-400]

while (IsPlayerConnected(rand)) should be while (!IsPlayerConnected(rand)) otherwise it would be infinite or return a false ID.

You may be calling SpawnPlayer after a few checks under OnPlayerSpawn, what this could be an infinite loop is that:

OnPlayerSpawn called ==> SpawnPlayer ==> OnPlayerSpawn called ==> SpawnPlayer...

Invalid Syntax, needs the color argument + "since zcmd supports SendClientMessage" means nothing at all..

Add a default case to the switch statement, so that if the player designed isn't admin, he gets another rank, other than those you defined.
