In regards to "Out of memory" just lower the " #pragma dynamic " value at the top of the script. It's currently probably too high to run on most windows devices. I always ran it on Linux.

SPECIAL_ACTION_USECELLPHONE & entering vehicle as passenger fix

When you enter a vehicle as passenger whilst using SPECIAL_ACTION_USECELLPHONE the special action will break, though GetPlayerSpecialAction isn't updated and will stay as SPECIAL_ACTION_USECELLPHONE....

What's your define of COLOR_YELLOW? What alpha are you using? E.G. 0xFFFF00FF . Also add KillTimer(LoginLabelDespawnTimer[playerid]); at the end of the timer.

When the vehicle spawns in front of you, it'll be facing to the left - meaning the driver door will be facing you.

You might also want to check if the target ID and skin ID are valid:

If the rest of your players are using 0.3.7-R3, though, it doesn't matter about the hackers because they won't be able to crash the rest of your players who're using R3.

Use GetPlayerVersion in OnPlayerConnect. If the player's version isn't "0.3.7 R3" inform them then kick them.

Trains can only be created with AddStaticVehicle/AddStaticVehicleEx, which can only be used in OnGameModeInit. Unless I'm misunderstanding your problem?
