MySQL charset

What mysql charset should I use?, I'm migrating my server from sqlite to mysql and when trying to import all to mysql I got this syntax error:

ERROR 1064 (42000) at line 4728: You have an error...

The problem is image resolution it should be powers of 2, for example:

32x32, 64x64, 1024x512

Gta Sa textdraw system is rudimentary, no fonts (only 3 gta fonts), no font size, no extra characters (, %, , , , , _ ...), pixelated when lettersize is big...
