Unless there are Roleplaying tournaments i dont see what other tournaments there are to organize besides Deathmatch. Deathmatching tournaments organized by SA-MP officials would have way more...

Maybe because over all this time SA-MP's development was mostly focused on Roleplay features. I havent seen one, ONE single tournament organized by SA-MP nor any attempts on a decent anticheat ever...

With all respect for who made those anticheats, it cant detect or avoid cheats and in case it happens to detect somehow, the number of false positives is too high.

Yeah as Neonman said, just make a box and take its size for the TextDrawTextSize.
The box is only for you to define the clickable area easier, you dont have to keep it on.

You can only get those skins by modding the current ones, so no.
Also, cutscene-only skins cannot be spawned because they crash the game due to their properties being different than normal skins.
