It seems like time between ticks is so slow, I see the object moving in frames like being lagged. Is there some way to fix it? Is my computer the problem?

There's nothing bad about ENB Series' creator, SA-MP has a bad hooking method and therefore, it doesn't work.

No, because C++ is much faster than Pawn natives (operators are also natives). Also, it just requieres one short query.

Holy shit, very good job. Instead of InterpolateCameraPos you can attach an object to the bullet object and attach player's camera in that object.

I think you're right, but it doesn't depend of us, it depends of Kalcor. I think just like you, but SA-MP is free and people can't complain about anything, some people I know got banned for saying...
