Strmid - Incorrect Usage?

I changed:

format(PlayerInformation[playerid][String], 64, "N/A");

to:

strmid(PlayerInformation[playerid][String], "N/A", 0, 64);

And it doesn't seem to have an effect -- does strmid only...

Yeah, it's going to spawn facing north (0.0 = north). Get into another vehicle, use (/save), go to your documents, and retrieve the right angle, replacing it.
