The problem is not dialogid, it is in the easy dialog function.

The error describes itself, you are trying to read index 16 from an array of size 16. Array indices start from 0, that means an array that can store 16 items actually has 15 indices..

There is no #define FILTERSCRIPT.
You should put your mysql connection code inside public OnFilterScriptInit() instead of OnGameModeInit().

Use PHP or CODE tag when posting code.
Your error tells that two 'case' statements have the same value (23). Change the value of 'DIALOG_EMAIL'.

A similar syntax can also be used as a tag name for the return value. For example: Float:func() return 1; gives tag mismatch warning, but Float:func() return 1.0; does not give a tag mismatch warning.
