you didn't use the script I provided

You can only use http downloads OR the internal downloads, not both at the same time. so return 0 in OnPlayerRequestDownload, not 1.

You have to use an in game editor. I just use /selobj from testcmds.pwn and have it print the new positions to the log,...

Use the IDs I gave. Other IDs might work but they're reserved for internal or future use/different model types.

Generally, you need to switch to OVH/SyS with game firewall if you're being ddosed. I've tried loads of different hosts over the years and OVH anti-ddos seems to be the only one that works.

The reason SetObjectMaterial was added was because SA-MP had no custom texture support. You can supply any texture you want now.

I'd say the object wasn't exported correctly. It contains multiple geometries (meshes) or frames.

You need to join the mesh in to a single object. The kdff gui log at the bottom would have more...

I don't think they're lying. It's most likely a memory hacking plugin that needs to be updated for R3.

Are you sure that crash doesn't happen in the R2 server? It looks like OnPlayerDisconnect was called in the gamemode then something about your script amx caused amx_FindPublic to crash.

My server isn't crashing. It's possible servers are using a memory plugin for R2 server.

Do you know how to get a backtrace?

I have uploaded a 0.3.7-R3 server

This version adds a variable queryflood which can be used to disable the query flood protection for 'i' and 'p' queries. This will stop the query mechanism...

None. All the server hosts use x86.

This is a windows game so if you don't have a VPS/dedicated server you can run the server alongside the game. They're both lightweight by modern standards.

Well you said you see the ping in the browser, so it's working 90%. Do you see the player list and rules?

Best thing is probably to find the website of the router model and ask if anyone has...

Sounds like it's either going to be something in your router settings or something your ISP is doing. If there's some anti-DOS setting in your router you could try disabling it.

Are you trying more than one server?

the server browser and samp use the same port and protocol, so it's strange.

edit:

well I have to allow both samp.exe and gta_sa.exe through my firewall....

samp generally doesn't need any ports forwarded, unless you're running a server. if you can see the ping in the server browser, you should be able to connect to it.

maybe your router/internet...
