Hmm, looks like the positions are just messed. You can try to change the second value at TextDrawCreate to a bigger one, in some of your textdraws. The more this value is, the more your textdraw will...

Even when you can add new textures in SA:MP, you can't add more dirt on vehicles. The textures are mapped in the model, so if you want to have some textures on a different position, you need to...

Besides that, I do not recommend this to use. The goggles have a big problem in SA:MP: Once you activate them, their effect will be shown to all online players.

You can't have a health from 5000, lol :P
A full healthbar uses 100.0, not more. 136 will be the maximum, but with 100 your healthbar will be full.
And you're using an integer at SetPlayerHealth,...
