OnPlayerEnterVehicle set to fist when player open the door but when he get in the car the weapon is back, that doesnt happen with OnPlayerStateChange.

but anyway they both wont work good cause...

You can do this using utorrent!

1. first open you'r server
2. in utorrent go to Options>Preferences>connection
3. in port tab change to you'r samp server's port
4. Apply

and that's it
...
