Re: MYSQL WONT SAVE PLAYER STATS

You can't just start scripting out of nowhere. You obviously don't have a clue what you're doing or what a "function" even is. Without basic knowledge of the code, how are you supposed to maintain...

Re: [debug] Run time error 12: "(sleep mode)"

It's a part of YSI 4.0:

forward Malloc_SolidifyTimer();

public Malloc_SolidifyTimer()
{
P:1("Malloc_SolidifyTimer called");
Malloc_TrySetup();
Malloc_SolidifyHeap();
}

[debug] Run time error 12: "(sleep mode)"

I just upgraded to YSI 4.0 and I'm using ZeeX's compiler now as well. This error is showing up in the server console- no idea why though. Any ideas?

Re: Which VPS should I get?

There's a TON of topics about this. And I literally mean a TON.

All you have to do is search for 'em. There's all sorts of statistics and numbers that go into play here. If you're still developing...

Re: Anyone using Notepad++?

Okay, this is my tab-list in Notepad++.

http://i1084.photobucket.com/albums/j401/nrpicc/Untitled_1.png

Let's say I'm in "stocks.irf" and I want to compile the code (which I have bound to F5). I...

Re: [+REP] Option 1 or Option 2?

If you're using multi-threading, I'd imagine option one is your best bet. Simply because nothing will ever not get saved (unless the query fails). However, if you're not- stick with option two.

Anyone using Notepad++?

If you're using Notepad++, is there a way to make the NPPExec plugin compile one single file, rather than the file you're currently viewing? Every time I want to compile my mode, I have to go to the...

A timer (with y_timers) is freezing the compiler...

EDIT: As it turns out, y_timers won't handle anything more than three passed variables. Not sure why this is, probably due to the the way ****** wrote SetTimerEx(). I'm using YSI 3.0, so it might of...

Re: Unstable vehicles system?

Not sure what you mean by "dynamic vehicles." No such thing AFAIK. I use "CreateVehicle()" for every vehicle on the server. If you're loading them properly, they shouldn't be getting mixed-up ID's....

Re: Using Incognito's Streamer_UpdateEx

Literally freeze the player for 1.5 seconds and then unfreeze. It's the best way without doing what "Patchwerk" said.

Re: What are good ways to start coding/designing websites...?

Thanks for all the input guys. I think I'm going to take a look at Bootstrap and see how that goes. I'll use MDN too, seems a bit better than W3Schools. Hopefully I'll figure it out quickly. :)

Re: What are good ways to start coding/designing websites...?

This looks like it's made for Linux installations. Perhaps it's late and I'm confused- but could you explain how to install this on Windows (if at all possible)?
