This will only keep Number[i] and Number[i-1] different.
Meaning Number[0] and Number[1] can't be the same, but Number[2] can be the same as Number[0]
Change random(45) to random(6), print values...

Loop through CP_robbery, check checkpoint id inside loop, do stuff.
Basically Fuzzys example with a surrounding loop and instead of index 0, you use the variable from the loop.

I just guess, when you connect to the server, register your account, disconnect and look at the file, there is "Password 0"?
When a player registers, you save the password, but you don't set...

As I said, it should be DIALOG_STYLE_TABLIST_HEADERS when using headers.
If you want to keep it as a simple list, set string to be the first slot before the loop and start loop at 1.

Just tested and OnPlayerWeaponShot doesn't get called when shooting RPGs, that's why it can't be detected.
You could check on OnPlayerGiveDamage, but that only gets called when another player gets...

Which version of gcc did you install?
According to the plugin author, you need at least version 4.9
Try

sudo apt install gcc-4.9:i386

(Or search gcc and pick another version)

Ah, then your problem is a different one.
The version of openssl you have, doesn't match the version the plugin requires.
Try

sudo apt install openssl:i386=1.0.0

Or build the plugin yourself...

You can get 32bit packages on debian by applying :i386 to the package name, if one is available.

Yes, looks right.
You should probably also set it to false in OnPlayerExitVehicle, if the message was shown and the player leaves the vehicle voluntarily.

Try to compile a clean gamemode and look if that works.
