You can use it for anything you want, your imagination is the limit, but for example you could track the deaths in the map, as someone suggested in IRC weeks ago.

I don't think so - OnPlayerCrashVehicle is only an event listener, but you could heal the vehicle with the damage detected by the callback and that'd be it.

does not make any sense as 'x' isn't defined anywhere (I had to define it to fix your issues, however it has a different purpose).
