I don't mean anything but for me the mapping is flat and empty. I can see random objects placed in random spots. Anyway, good job as a start.

I believe 87 objects is quite a lot compared to the pictures.

Ply_Info[MAX_PLAYERS][Ply_Data] //place the things inside the Ply_Data instead of the " Ply_Data "

It's better if you defined your colors so you can use it more than once later on instead of using it like that..
Here is an example of how to define a color:

#define COLOR_WHITE (0xFFFFFFFF)

GTA SA is an ANSI program. Control Panel > Regional and Language Options > Language for non-Unicode applications is set to Language.

A " CreateDynamicObject " have a number of arguments which is "11"
You are using 1 more argument that is making it " 12 " which is exceeding the limit.

Looks good but the colors arn't supporting the thing you want to do.
Maybe you are using HUD that is making that idk but the colors arn't working right.

We can say this is a proto type. The half of it is good and the other half is pretty fantastic. You can work on the first half and make it look prettier.
