this is an example for the dialog

Its need to be like that /weapons > Dialog opens > List of guns > choosing gun > Dialog closed > player gets the gun.
Same like the nos just change it to guns...

When dialog opens its gives him options right? like guns name or picture of guns
So when he choose the gun the dialog getting closed and he gets the gun he choosed

Player Cooldown

First Step , set it on the top part of gamemode.

new Number_Time[MAX_PLAYERS];

So now, -> 1000ms it's 1 s so 1 minute it's 60000 ms.
60000 ms -> 1 minute
