You can use the RGBA format. Vehicle colors that you use are basically RGBA formatted colors that are being taken from an array.

301 response code means `moved permanently`; the new URL is given in the response data, probably a fix to this would be updating your YSI or manually fixing the URL by yourself.

This is a pawno error, not a compiling error. Just increase the length of the pawno, or use a different coding environment. Personally prefer Visual Studio Code, it's just perfect for me. Never had...

Loop through all online players, compare the distance between players - if its within your range, then that is the target of your command. Think simple!
