You're using 'playerid'...

I'm guessing you want to change the IsPlayerAdmin to work with whatever admin system your using for level 4 admins? However we'd need to know what admin system you're using..

1 for first button and 0 for second button

Start off with a basic game mode like LVDM or something and start reading it and editing things you understand to your liking. Test things in game to see what they do, etc.

You need to have something somewhere that defines what vehicleid is like marinov said, we need more information then 4 lines :p
