usually happens when you teleport way outside the world boundaries, you dont specify a player class on spawn/join or you set the gravity way too high. may be more but thats what i know.

its alright but it could do with some variety, use different house styles to make it look less "copy pasted".

i had a netbook once, 1.6gh, 1gb ram intel integrated graphics. I could run it, barely.

so yours is most likely a yes. But windows 8.1 may be a problem, not 100% sure tho as i never used it

Doesnt sound like a problem with MySql itself but a problem with:
A)Bugged custom mapping
B)Something you have in blueberry exceeds the samp limits (too many objects, 3dtextdraws, ect)

Simply create a dialog under "OnPlayerConnect" but depending on what login & Register system you use will depend on the code.
