if we put a timer

exemple:
SetTimer("PlayerUpDate",1000, 1);

the timer stops a few minutes later.

I don't know what processor my hosting has, because I don't have access to it, but if the CPU reaches 100% my hosting says that the server will work at 100%

I use 6 packet_sync and I use only those bytes that are needed, at 80 online players my server CPU = 12% if you want I can prove it on Messenger, etc. I said once again check this plugin and then...

I have 100 players on the server, and it works very well with this plugin ..... you still need to know how to use it, and where to use it.
