Re: Smart Command Processor (Scripter-friendly, feature rich and fast) (aka iZCMD+)

Started using it in all my projects the day you released it - it's a great include. I have yet to explore the territory of command states, so count that as not in use for me. The rest is working as...

Re: how to next checkpoint

Make use of else if statements rather than just if statements. By the time your code reaches the second if statement, the value of cpd has already been set to 2 (in the preceding if statement).

Re: STRCMP help

Depends. If you have multiple gym locations:
if(strfind(params, "gym") != -1) {

//code
}
else if(strfind(location, "gym2") != -1) {

// code
}
If you now type in the command "gym2"...

Re: STRCMP help

The variable 'location' is not declared as an array and thus can't store strings or be used in strcmp.

Re: undefined symbol

You've got a few things wrong:
cache_get_row_count(&destination)
Takes only a single function argument. Usage:

new
rows;

cache_get_row_count(rows);

Re: Simple question and help needed

Instead of checking whether the admin level isn't equal to 1, you should really check if it's equal to 0 (or less than 1). Furthermore, instead of checking whether the player is an admin with ever...

Re: Register system using Y_INI makes random ppl admins

Reset the data when the player connects before doing anything else data-related:

public OnPlayerConnect(playerid) {

// Reset them here ...

// Rest of your code
return 1;
}

Re: projectile.inc - PeppeAC's physics modified and simpler version

I took your example and just added the CreateObject line under OnProjectileStop because that's what roughly happens in my script:

#include <a_samp>
#include <zcmd>
#include <projectile>

new...

Re: projectile.inc - PeppeAC's physics modified and simpler version

Nice! Though, OnProjectileStop seems to be called prematurely. It's an annoyance when you create an object that is supposed to replace the projectile under OnProjectileStop (the replacement object...

Re: [Help] warning 213: tag mismatch

The fact you get the error when not using the floats indicates that they are not the issue. Do you have multiple instances of the server package on your computer and is one of them using an older...

Re: Count Down Timer Help!

http://wiki.sa-mp.com/wiki/TextDrawShowForPlayer - I don't see this used anywhere. Also, don't forget to hide it again when the countdown is over.

Re: [Help] warning 213: tag mismatch

Have you declared 'query' as an array?
EDIT: nevermind, this gives a different error. Are you sure your include is R40+?

Re: [Help - MySQL] Offline Ban not working

There's no active cache when you check for the row count. You have to either use an non-threaded query (not recommended!) or use mysql_tquery - like you are already - and check if the row count is >...

Re: projectile.inc - PeppeAC's physics modified and simpler version

I had it, but I didn't know it had to be called 'colandreas.cadb'. I didn't see the console print where it said that I was missing the data. My bad. Thanks for the support.

Nice include, very easy...

Re: projectile.inc - PeppeAC's physics modified and simpler version

I threw the deagle right in front of Jefferson motel in the middle of the street, so I guess not. To further test this, I drove to LV to test it in the middle of nowhere and same results - it just...

Re: Getting numeric value from a variable name formatted into a string

You can't, turning it into plain text would make it a variable name, function,... That's why I added the second parameter to that function.

Re: Getting numeric value from a variable name formatted into a string

You can stringify it by placing a hashtag in front of it (utilises the preprocessor):

#include <a_samp>

enum E_PLAYER_DATA {

pAdmin,
pLevel
};
new...

Re: Getting numeric value from a variable name formatted into a string

You're overthinking it:

#include <a_samp>

enum E_PLAYER_DATA {

pAdmin
};
new PlayerInfo[MAX_PLAYERS][E_PLAYER_DATA];

Re: projectile.inc - PeppeAC's physics modified and simpler version

Are the objects in your examples supposed to hold the same altitude while they move? They also don't seem to react to objects with which they collide.

Re: Enumerator question

Yes, you can. And I prefix enumerators with the initials of the enum in which they're defined:

enum E_PLAYER_DATA {

epd_Something // epd = E_PLAYER_DATA
};
