if(GettingWeapon[playerid] == 0){
GettingWeapon[playerid] = 0
}


you need reset it in SafeGivePlayerWeapon at the end or in SavePlayerWeaponData

If this work you can in changing position of vehicle destroy it and create new at new position and it will respawning cars at right place ;)


And if you only change position vehicle can be damaged

And how you test it ? I read code (no testing) and I think it's work only for one player on server. You test only one player if is in range of pickup but if other player is on the other side dom map...

Can I toogle pickup to true ? I think NO becouse you return 1 before change toogle value.

but when I install 0.2 and 0.3 to different folders clients run gta_sa.exe from 1st place ..... when I change location of gta_sa.exe for one client it's changed all clients location of gta_sa.exe
