R40 and above has a nice error log system with exact lines. If you prefer to use older version, at least get version R39-6 which prints the query or enable debug ALL.

Always check if there are rows before retrieving data (excluding COUNT() function as it will always return a row).
Search where mysql_connect is called (if any of the filterscripts use mysql too).
Set a default value for column `HasBlockApp` or give a value in INSERT query.
