Post Players getting disconnected

Hi,

The players in my server get disconnected suddenly after some minutes of playing, the server DOES NOT go off, it's just that their connection is dropped, and back very quickly. It's NOT a scripting problem as I just opened a default server with grand larceny GM, no modifications no nothing, and the same issue happens.

Server version: 0.3.7-R2
Operating System: Ubuntu 18.04
Architecture: 64 bits.

Help please.

Either its a server crash or if you are really sure that your script is alright then it can be issue from host/server provider so i suggest you to contact your host

Host has been contacted but I want to see if someone could point me to things like Operating System issues that I'm not aware of.

The script is not a problem, server is not crashing, and I'm using default grandlarc anyway.

Anyone knows why this happens?

The only system where this doesn't happen is Debian 8. I've tried Ubuntu 18, CentOS 7, Debian 9, Debian 10.

I would like to fix this because Debian 8 is too old and thus I can't have gcc/g++ > 5...

Thanks.

Are you using nohup commands? you can see the log in your nohup file in case you do that.

Yes I am, there's no log, it's not a server crash, it's that player's connection gets dropped. Server on at all times. This doesn't happen in Debian 8, but libraries are too old there...

Help?

If you're using something like OVH they mitigate DDOS attacks, dependant on how many players are connecting it could be them "mitigating an attack" which your server is mimicking with the connections
