Default Writing gamemode in different language

Hello. I heard C++ is better way to write a server since it better lands on optimalization, I know Pawn very well (I coded my own maps, I'm experienced) also I know C++ and C# on medium-high level.
How can I start coding my own map in C++?

You really don't need to use another language. Any optimization you'd gain from using any other wrapper would not even have an impact. Stick with pawn, use plugins like pawncmd, a good dialog processors, foreach, etc and build optimized code on a decent VPS and you will have 0 problems. I/O, bad loops, those would be your problems: Not the language.

Problems with bad loops?
Would it cause any problem?

Also c++ is necessery since we can use pointers, dynamic allocations, etc.
