Default Nvidia shadowplay

How i can record gta sa fullscreen. When enblocal settings ForceBorderlessFullscreen is true i can record samp but when the its false there i cant record but game fps is better. So is there any fix that i can use enb and nvidia sjadowplay or i have to rec with obs

I'd probably go with obs. Haven't worked with ENB mods a lot. And GTA SA wasn't designed to run in borderless fullscreen.

I know it's not 100% what you want, but if it's literally screen recording only, Fraps is the best bet. I use it for videos and use Handbrake to shrink the size (re-encode) it.

Fraps the best? Based on what? if I ever record or stream I use OBS. works great for me.

Fraps records raw video. It uses the least amount of resources because it doesn't perform any kind of compression or other processing.
So if you want to just record video and your PC isn't very powerful, then yes. Fraps is one of the best options available out there.
The down side is that you require a lot of space to store your recordings. I remember that 40 minutes of dota took about 62GB of space on 1080p.

If you do have a decent PC, you can use OBS. It will take up more CPU, and perform well on games that are more GPU bound. The recording settings can be adjusted, so you save more space.

5 Steps
1) ALT+Z
2) Click on the settings icon
3) Scroll down
4) Click on "Privacy control"
5) Tick desktop capture
