The biggest thing about this though, is that SA:MP doesn't support Mods.

So when you're told that it doesn't, and that the reason is your mods, best is to listen, don't make multiple threads, and ask the person who said it was what it was to explain the reasoning...

Seriously though,there's high probability that it's your mods.
It is very obvious, that must be the Mod's, what I mean, is that they are mod's that as I said, are loaded with Mod Loader.
Possibly they are external files of the Mod Loader, but hey, it does not matter.

I already discovered what it was.
Apparently, some other file in the CLEO folder, rejected the connection with samp.
Well, at least to me, it happens to me with the CLEO folder inside ModLoader.
