Depends on the scripts/plugins you have loaded. There is no set amount.

It depends on the amount of lines present on your script and the type and number of plugins and includes you loaded to the server. Anyway RAM is not a problem when you run a server. All hosts provide atleast 2GB RAM in a single box as so as to provide a lag free gameplay for each server. So, the amount of RAM required to run the server is not an issue. Anyway a 50 slot server wont take much amount of Network or CPU usage

Your assumptions are crazy.

Lines presented in the gamemode (which is also the "includes loaded to the server") don't effect anything. It depends on what you are doing with those lines. I could write one line of code that consumes more memory than a complete gamemode. Your last statement is also incorrect, as once again, it depends on how the server is scripted. A 0 player slot server could return ridiculous results if you really wanted it to.

No-one can tell you how much ram your server should be using (especially with players connected) except you.

There is a simple way you can test it yourself to get a rough idea (not exact) how much your server is using (with no players).

Start a server with just a blank mode and no plugins loaded, open task manager (if on linux find the equivalent 'system monitor' or something like that). Make a note of how much memory the server is using.

Now you have a rough idea of how much memory a blank script uses with no plugins.

Start your server with all of your plugins/scripts loaded, open task manager and make a note of how much memory your server is using.

Compare the two amounts of memory - job done.

I think that's the easiest way to get a rough idea, getting an exact amount requires much more work.
