Default AttachObjectToVehicle help?? :(

Help i got this error at attaching :

You need to update your libraries (includes) to 0.3c. You can find them on the downloads page on SA:MP's main site.

Hmmm now i got the prob how to attach a canon on the plate of the DFT 30?
