Go to his house and check if there's a problem. If yes, refund him. If no, leave. Don't take any money with you, wiretransfer after the visit. Also take a friend/adult with you.

What Danny said.

But i'd just ignore him or told him "I tested it, nothing wrong it's your problem now.".

Doing what Danny said is logical.

Ignoring him will be the same thing as scamming him, go to his house check out if there is any problem if there is give him the money back just like the others said, what I would do is give him half price back because you sold him a used PS3 so then he can fix it for himself.

I like those threads where 10 guys respond saying exactly the same stuff like their previous poster. Sometimes even mentioning "just like xxx said".
I bet we could save 20% of worlds overall power consumption if people wouldnt spam the internet with redundant stuff.

What Mauzen said.

But seriously, just give him the refund if he says it doesn't work, if it does in fact work, and he just wanted his money back, just sell it to someone else, what's the big deal?

Sounds like a scam.

What people do is buy something used online and say it's broken or something else they didn't order came in the box then ask for a refund but instead of sending back what they ordered they send back something else or the same thing but broken and essentially getting something for free.

£40 is far bellow current market price, so I suppose there was a reason why you went that low?

It is about agreeing with someone else's opinion to convince the other side by increasing the quantity of people who agree, I mostly don't do this, but when it's an important case like this I have to, so he gets convinced.
