Am I the only one who is experiencing some sort of problems since I've update to the R3 version? Sometimes, players' names appear for a second in the top left corner and I've also experienced graphics issues all over the San Andreas map. I think that this shit is kinda linked because they use to pop up at the same time.

You can detect the client's version and do something with that info (kick, warn admins, etc...)

I'm pretty sure that prints the SA-MP server version that is either 0.3.7 or just 0.3.DL-R1 as mentioned in the Wiki and not mentions the build version...

and @Logic_ it would be very easy for mods to add that back so what's really the point

It could be a cool feature for roleplay or survival modes. Server owners could still define mods like that as a cheat if they want to.
